Crestor, a high cholesterol lowering drug linked to muscle disorder?
Crestor (Rosuvastatin), a statin drug was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in August 2003. This high cholesterol lowering drug was manufactured by the company AstraZeneca. Statins are a class of drug which millions of people with abnormally high cholesterol around the world used to lower their cholesterol level.
