High Cholesterol Prevention you cannot control:

 

Heredity. High blood cholesterol can run in families. An inherited genetic condition (familial hypercholesterolemia) results in very high LDL cholesterol levels. It begins at birth, and may result in a heart attack at an early age.

 

Age and sex. Starting at puberty, men have lower levels of HDL than women. As women and men get older, their LDL cholesterol levels rise. Younger women have lower LDL cholesterol levels than men, but after age 55, women have higher levels than men.

 

High Cholesterol Prevention means knowing and acting on it:

 

High level of 'BAD' or LDL cholesterol must be closely monitored. Otherwise, the chances of heart attack or a bypass surgery can be very real. No one wants to end up that way. Here, there are 3 simple methods but 1 big obstacle. And it is our own determination. Yes, most people do not have the will to change their diet or lifestyle. Many simply rely on prescription medicine and hope that it will go away.

 

Sometimes it is hard to get hold of that determination. The courage to act based on the knowledge of the consequence. It's devastation and yet preventable. So the knowledge of high cholesterol prevention is to recognize the various types of fat and high cholesterol food that adds to the total cholesterol level of the blood.

This highly recommended book is available at Amazon.com, for  those who want to avoid eating those fats that kill. You will probably find out something you've been eating for years because commercial advertisements said they were good for you, but biologically those stuffs were actually killing you. High cholesterol prevention can be achieved by controlling the intake of certain fats.
